We are pleased to announce that Vincent Harris has been appointed as the new Waikato Badminton Association Schools & Events Manager replacing Felicity Leydon-Davis who is leaving for the UK in April to pursue her Cricket career.
Vinny comes with a lot of experience in the coaching department having a BWF Level 1 qualification, having been the head coach for the WBA Development Squad for a few years now and has regularly helped out with the delivery of Shuttle Time in schools. Vinny has also been assisting Badminton New Zealand at Junior Development Camps for the past two years.
We are confident that Vinny will be able to continue the fantastic work Felicity has done in this role so far.
Vinny will start on the 3rd of April.
