Keen on Badminton? Are you working with kids at a Club or School? Want to know more about how to teach kids the basics? Then we have got THE opportunity for you as the globally recognised and extremely successful “SHUTTLE TIME” course is coming to Hamilton.

Shuttle Time was launched by the Badminton World Federation several years ago and is now operating all across the world providing coaches and teachers with resources to teach kids how to play Badminton while having a great time.

The best part is that there is NO cost involved other than getting yourself to the course venue. It is only a one day course for those who wish to become a certified Shuttle Time Coach/Teacher.

What:    Badminton New Zealand and Badminton Oceania Shuttle Time Coach Course:

  • The Shuttle Time Coach Course (1 day)  is where the attendee becomes trained to delivery Shuttle Time to children in a school or club setting.  This is a practical coaching course, helping new and experienced coaches to plan and deliver fun badminton lessons

When:    Saturday 29th October 10:30am – 5pm

Where:   Eastlink Badminton Stadium, 30 Old Farm Road, Hamilton East, Hamilton

Cost:      Badminton New Zealand and Badminton Oceania will cover course cost & lunch. As an attendee you will be responsible for covering the costs of getting yourself to and from the venue and booking your own accommodation if applicable.

What to Bring:  Laptop or i-pad/tablet (important) and comfortable clothing and footwear to participate in active sessions.  You will be notified of the course schedule closer to the time.
