The Badminton World Federation has today released the M&Q report for the Maurice’s Pools & Spa’s Waikato International. Over 90 players from more than 10 countries will be arriving in Hamilton from 15 March with the event starting on Thursday 17 March.
The biggest name coming to Hamilton is Tien Minh Nguyen From Vietnam. Nguyen is currently ranked 42 in men’s singles however was ranked as high as 20 in 2015. Nguyen is well known for “THE LONGEST RALLY” ever played in men’s singles during the 2013 World Championships in his quarter final match against Jan Jorgensen from Denmark.
