Please be informed that the 2018 Waikato Badminton Association Annual General Meeting has been set for Sunday 9 December starting at 7pm to be held at the Eastlink Badminton Stadium. Your club’s attendance is very important and greatly appreciated as we have various exciting and important news/updates to share with all of you.
Attached are important documents in preparation for the AGM and we ask you to take careful note of the deadlines for submitting remits and board nominations as per the Waikato Badminton constitution. The below deadlines will be strictly observed.
- President and Vice-President Nomination Form
- Deadline for submissions is Friday 9 November
- Nominations from the floor during the meeting will not be accepted unless requested by the chair during the meeting if no nominations have been received prior to the AGM
- Board Nomination form (2 vacancies available)
- Deadline for submissions is Friday 9 November
- Nominations from the floor during the meeting will not be accepted unless requested by the chair during the meeting if insufficient nominations have been received prior to the AGM
- AGM Remit Form
- Deadline for submissions is Sunday 18 November
The annual report, financial statements, AGM agenda and any other documentation for the meeting will be send out no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.
