It is that time of the year again that we are pleased to inform you of the 2017 Waikato Badminton Association Annual General Meeting. We have had another excellent year and we invite you all to join us on Sunday 10 December at 7pm at the Eastlink Badminton Stadium in the downstairs Club Room behind the front office.

All Clubs are expected to have at least ONE (1) delegate present at the meeting. Information is attached about how many votes each Club have at the meeting (WBA Club Delegate Voting Rights). For every entitled vote, one person needs to be present at the meeting for a club to be able to execute that vote. Clubs who wish to forward any remits, nominations for Board Member vacancies or the President and/or Vice-President positions should take note of the above listed deadlines. Nominations received after the deadline cannot be accepted as per our constitution and nominations from the floor during the AGM are not permitted. Items for General Business need to be received by the WBA Office not later than 21 days prior to the AGM.
